It’s a very busy time at the moment for our client Helena Payne. She is knee deep in pre-production for Pleasure Dome Theatre’s second season and is thrilled to be staging The Importance of Being Earnest and Lorna Doone in The Valley of Rocks, Exmoor.
This year presents another considerable challenge for Helena because she is in the midst of learning Gwendolen for The Importance of Being Earnest and a few supplementary characters in Lorna Doone, and is also preparing for her first full length role in an opera whose rehearsals begin almost as soon as the metaphorical curtain closes on Lorna Doone. Helena is thrilled to have been cast as Annio in La Clemenza di Tito with Red Earth Opera so she is constantly switching hats!
Helena is incredibly versatile and talented who we support to continue to develop as a multi-faceted artist and creative in opera, musicals, classical theatre, new writing, comedy, radio, short film and more.
See Helena in The Importance of Being Earnest: 8th – 26th August 2017 and Lorna Doone: 29th – 02 September 2017 – Open Air Theatre at the Valley of Rocks, Exmouth
